SafeStatus is a mobile application that integrates seamlessly with Castatus, an emergency mass communication software platform.
Organizations can use Castatus to communicate with their community during emergencies and other critical events.
Castatus enables an organization to create and manage communications via multiple channels including text message, email, voice and popular social channels.
In addition, enhanced functionality is provided within the SafeStatus application including the following:• Request help• Report critical incidents• Chat with peers and the organization• Report safe or not-safe status• Provide emergency contacts that can be notified in the event of an emergency• Interact with a critical live event by uploading comments, photos, and video as well as staying up-to-date with the latest information• Receive critical communications from the organization• View important documentsSafeStatus interactions appear in real-time within the Castatus Crisis Manager to those tasked with managing critical events within the organization.
